Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

For most locations, orders arrive within 2–5 business days after production.

Some regions may take 6–8 business days, while more remote areas or international deliveries can take 10–30 business days.

In most cases, deliveries take less than 10 business days.

We currently accept payments via credit card, Klarna, and PayPal. We are also working to add the option to pay by Multibanco reference in the near future.

❌ No exchanges/returns due to change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or regret.

✅ Exchanges/refunds are only allowed if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if there is a problem with the delivery.The customer or retailer must report the issue within 30 days after receiving the order (or 30 days after the expected delivery date if it does not arrive).
